A total of 33 homes are now built and occupied at Tamahere Country Club, and a further 37 are under construction and will be ready before Christmas. By the end of this year, the foundations will also have been poured on an additional 34 homes.

Village Manager Brendon Russo says this progress represents about one third of the total homes that will eventually form our new community. “Our residents are really enjoying getting to know each other. Special interest groups are starting to form like local craft and cycling groups. There’s some really lovely friendships forming within the village now and happy hour is always a big hit on Friday nights!”
