The highly anticipated release of our Stage Two villas is now underway! If you would like to join our community and experience our luxury retirement lifestyle, now is the time to act.
We would love to show you what’s on offer in Stage Two, and our NEW showhome is now open 7 days a week from 10am – 2pm at Villa 40. However, due to current Covid L3 restrictions, Tamahere Country Club is closed to visitors and our Sales Manager, Sandy Turner is currently working from home.
While we’re unable to show you through our latest showhome you are able to take a virtual tour of our original Stage One showhome to experience the quality Tamahere Country Club offers. We are still able to complete the sales process via email and phone if this is a preferable option for you.
To ensure we can give you the time and attention you deserve, please make an appointment with our Sales Manager, Sandy.
STAGE TWO HOMES
An additional 80 homes will be developed as part of Stage Two and we are releasing the first 33 homes to the market NOW. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Tamahere Country Club as founding residents.
Floorplans will range in size from 190m² to 320m² and all homes will be north-facing, featuring two or three bedrooms and the exceptional quality and craftsmanship that we’re renowned for.
STAGE TWO FACILITIES
Outstanding new facilities planned for Stage Two include another café, a full-size croquet lawn, tennis court and an outdoor amphitheatre along with a man-made lake and a ‘lake house.’ This relaxing space can be used for yoga or Pilates sessions or a private function area for residents to enjoy. Additional motorhome parking will also be built, and hobbies shed with wood and metalwork tools. The entire site will be surrounded by beautiful walkways dotted with fruit trees, and a new rose garden will also be planted.
We look forward to welcoming residents to Stage Two in approximately 12-18 months. Once finished, Stage Two will blend seamlessly with our existing village and Tamahere Country Club will remain the gold standard in retirement living across the Waikato.
