In addition to our Clubhouse, our dedicated construction team is also making great progress on the rest of Tamahere Country Club. 

A total of nine homes are now occupied and a further 26 homes are under construction – many of which will be finished before Christmas. Between 80 and 120 staff and contractors are now on site daily, working hard to build quality homes that residents will enjoy living in for years to come.

Lockdown obviously affected our building programme but our fantastic team is working tirelessly to make up as much time as possible. Covid-19 hasn’t dampened demand for our homes so we still have a full pipeline of work. The main challenge is sourcing products such as kitchen appliances which rely on overseas parts or manufacturing. Many countries remain in lockdown, so that creates supply issues for us here in New Zealand. The good news is we’re working hard to adapt and find alternative solutions. We have some very flexible clients which has enabled us to juggle the building programme around. We are most grateful for their understanding and look forward to finishing off homes as quickly as possible.
