We’re excited to share that another milestone has been reached as we release the second to last stage of new homes at Tamahere Country Club.

Designated as Stage 2B with only Stage 2C to come, the release of this penultimate stage signals the approach of the village’s completion. This latest release features 32 brand new villas which will be built over the next 12 months, with handover of the first homes due around this time next year.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our construction team’s efforts over a particularly challenging winter. The weather hasn’t been kind and the well-publicised supply issues facing the building industry have definitely caused a few sleepless nights – but in true Tamahere style we’ve overcome all obstacles and handed over 22 homes to excited residents since the 1st of March.

As we celebrate this milestone we also like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who’s put their faith in us to deliver on our vision of creating the Waikato’s most luxurious retirement village.
